Habitat for Humanity Seeking Displaced Family

Cape Fear Habitat is looking for a family that has been DISPLACED due to Hurricane Florence to build on 304 S. 15th Street! This will be an accelerated build, sponsored by St. Andrews Covenant Presbyterian Church.

We will modify our Homeownership Program so that qualified families impacted by Hurricane Florence may be rehoused as quickly as possible. This particular build is scheduled to be completed in June and the lot can support up to 4 Bedrooms.

Yearly Gross Income requirements for New Hanover County are as follows:

Family of 1: $25,100 - $57,750 Family of 2: $25,100 - $57,750 Family of 3: $25,100 - $57,750 Family of 4: $25,100 - $57,750 Family of 5: $29,420 - $62,400 Family of 6: $33,740 - $67,000
