The Pender Long Term Recovery Group to host a 2023 Disaster Preparedness Expo.

As the 2023 Hurricane Season approaches the Pender Long Term Recovery Group plans to host another large Disaster Preparedness Event & Expo.

​

The Pender Long Term Recovery Group invites you to attend the 2023 Disaster Preparedness Event on Saturday, June 3, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The event will be held in Burgaw at the Burgaw Middle School Gymnasium, 500 S Wright St Burgaw, NC, 28425

​

The Pender Long Term Recovery Group encourages Pender County citizens to continue to prepare and be mindful of hurricane season. ‘Be Prepared, Make a Plan, & Stay Connected.’

The Disaster Preparedness Expo will include area partners. Area partners and contributors will supply hurricane preparedness information and literature, Disaster Supply Kit items, and partner information.

 

The Pender LTRG is composed of non-profits, faith-based organizations, and charitable organizations that work in unison to meet the unmet needs of Pender County Residents impacted by disaster. The Pender LTRG works in collaboration with other organizations to assess needs, offer resources, and ensure that residents are assisted.
